With your Pisa Card, you can request free promotional codes for the CicloPi bike-sharing service.

Each code can be used to obtain one free daily pass through the Weelo app.

The maximum number of codes available corresponds to the number of people included in the Pisa Card booking.

How to request your bike codes

After completing your Pisa Card purchase:

1. open the confirmation email received after payment;

2. select the “Request your bike codes” button;

3. choose how many codes you would like to request;

4. confirm your request;

5. wait for the email confirming that the codes have been reserved.

You may request:

- one code when the Pisa Card includes one person;

- up to three codes when the Pisa Card includes three people;

- in general, no more than one code for each person included in the booking.

You do not need to request all the available codes immediately. By reopening the link in your confirmation email, you can review your request and, within the limit associated with your Pisa Card, request any remaining codes.

When you will receive the codes

The codes are reserved when you submit the request, but they are not sent immediately.

You will receive them in a second email on the Pisa Card start date, when the purchase becomes final and is no longer refundable.

This means that:

- when you request the codes before the card’s start date, you will immediately receive confirmation of your request;

- the actual codes will only be sent on the start date;

- when a Pisa Card is cancelled or refunded before that date, the related code request is automatically cancelled.

There is no need to submit the request again while the codes are waiting to be delivered.

How to use a CicloPi code

Each code entitles you to one free daily pass for the CicloPi bike-sharing service.

To use it:

1. download the Weelo app and register or sign in to your account;

2. select Pisa from the list of cities;

3. choose the daily pass;

4. add the pass to your basket;

5. enter the code in the promotional-code field;

6. complete the order.

Once the code has been applied, the daily pass will be free.

View and keep your codes

Keep the final email until the codes have been used.

By reopening the dedicated link, you can:

view the codes already assigned to your booking;

read the instructions again;

check the status of your request;

request that the email containing the same codes be sent again.
